Create and document an example with multiple independent cores #168

Nothing should technically stop an application to have multiple independent Crux cores, but this use is not well tested and isn't documented at all.

Build an example (e.g. two independent counters) covering the key shells (iOS, Android and Web)
Document the build configuration
