When opening the 1st cockpit-ceph-installer page with the intro the space management is so generous that even on a 1920x1028 display the "Environment" button to succeed to the next page is hidden and must be scrolled to.

I've tried to keep the nav buttons in the same place on each page - which is why it is where it is.
