You know those Next and Previous buttons on the bottom of each page when one is reading some document?
Well, we can tell what the name of the page where they will take us is called, but it takes a mouseover... a lot of work!
So I would say just print the titles below the buttons.
That way if we are interested, we can click them, without the "hide and seek" "goose chase".
I'm saying that should be a good default.
