Scroll to start|end when navigating in scroll

In Readium Playground we have been discussing a preference to scroll back to the start or the end of a chapter when going backwards. Not sure how this translates (Preferences API or public methods?) but there’s probably a more thorough analysis to do to see whether it covers other uses cases.
