How to know when user starts/stops dragging visual navigator (EPUB)?

Is it possible to hook into these events? I don't see these exposed on VisualNavigatorDelegate.

It's not possible with the Swift toolkit, but it was implemented in the Kotlin toolkit a few months back.

Would you be interested in porting these changes to the Swift toolkit?
