Can Epub support direct chapter switching by scrolling up and down?

When setting Epub scroll to true, can we support scrolling directly to turn chapters instead of swiping left and right to switch chapters?

@qnga can you clarify what this feature in the new navigator will do? Is this a true continuous scroll (i.e. when you hit the end of the chapter, you will just keep scrolling further down and see the next chapter)? Will this also be a feature in the swift-toolkit?

I ask, because this is an important feature for my team, and I want to make sure we don't waste dev resources on building it ourselves if it's on the roadmap.

You can build the compose-reflowable branch to test the demo called demos.navigator (this is NOT the usual test-app).
On the Swift toolkit, there is an opportunity to easily get something close (entirely on the vertical axis) excepted that there would still be some snapping between resources. It's not planned in the short-term though, let us know if this is something you could do. Removing the snapping should be significantly trickier.

Great, will check out out the compose-reflowable branch. I have a team mate who built a pretty slick prototype for continuous scroll for swift, but it's very tricky to implement into the swift-toolkit.

Feedback from your team mate's prototype would be welcome. Which components does he use? How does he prevent scrolling over a resource that has not been completely loaded yet?
