Describe the bug
Breaks in progress doesn't restart after restarting cumputer

To Reproduce
Start a long break.
Click on "lock".
Click on "change user".
Click on "restart".
See.

Expected behavior
I'd like the break in progress restart automatically.

Distribution: Kubuntu
Distribution Version: 24.04.2 LTS x86_64
Desktop Environment: KDE Plasma 5
Workrave Version: 1.10.52
