Describe the bug
The text in the Workrave settings window is difficult to read.

To Reproduce

Open Settings window

Expected behavior
The font family and its size match those of the default OS.

Screenshots
I suggest you evaluate the difference between the Windows File Explorer font and the Workrave window (reduce the image to 100%):

Windows Version: Windows 10
Workrave Version 1.10.52
