rails always not found even though I have installed it

how to debug this?

I use zsh with oh-my-zsh and powerlevel10k

I have uninstall all my ruby and reinstall 3.3.0 now it return

zsh: command not found: rails

I also have use rbenv doctor and it return this

installing railties fix the problem for me

gem install railties

Thanks for sharing your solution! I'm puzzled as to why this was necessary, since installing the "rails" gem also automatically installs the "railties" gem which provides the "rails" executable.
