on what version firefox exactly working? and sugestion question

i am on Firefox 45 and i am unable to see options please fix it for Firefox 45 too
but wonder how i am able to install it and don't know its working on it or not

i see this in list for example

127.0.0.1 208.185.87.121.liveadvert.com
127.0.0.1 208.185.87.122.liveadvert.com
127.0.0.1 208.185.87.123.liveadvert.com
127.0.0.1 208.185.87.124.liveadvert.com
127.0.0.1 208.185.87.125.liveadvert.com
127.0.0.1 208.185.87.126.liveadvert.com
127.0.0.1 208.185.87.127.liveadvert.com

its not better to filter this domain
like *.liveadvert.com
so less chance to escape from new address domain
can filtering list work even without adding 127.0.0.1 at the beginning?
or make it somehow that even if i type for example 208.185.87.127.liveadvert.com
in url bar it get blocked completely?
small popup on toolbar to log all allowed request and managing for allow or block from there much easier
