Create a How-To page on creating and running a GNN training using cugraph-dgl
This should tie into the BLOG on cugraph-dgl

  • Link to DGL and briefly explain it within the GNN domain
  • Explain cugraph-dgl and what it does
  • Explain dependencies specific to cugraph-dgl and add links to them.
  • Define an example of loading data
  • Include and explain code that does each part of a model training
  • Link to a functioning notebook and relevant API in github
  • add to docs.rapids,ai
