[Epic] Community & awareness activities for Turtles

Goal: Increase community engagement and awareness of Rancher Turtles by delivering educational content, showcasing real-world use cases, and enhancing visibility through various channels.

• Develop Learning Courses

  • Create an "Advanced CLI Usage and Scripting with Cluster API" course, covering automation for Docker+RKE2 ClusterClasses.
  • Build a course on managing ClusterClasses with GitOps and Fleet, using examples from turtles/examples/clusterclasses/.

• Produce Webinars/Video Tutorials

  • Update the video on the docs front page with a recent demo of ClusterClass setup.
  • Record a "Provider Certification Walkthrough" video, showing E2E testing for EC2+RKE2.
  • Create an "Automate with Fleet" tutorial, demonstrating Fleet bundle usage for CNI switching (e.g., Calico to Cilium).

• Prepare Conference Talks

  • Submit a talk on "GitOps with Cluster API and Fleet" for a conference, highlighting cross-namespace references.
  • Propose a "ClusterClass in Action" session, showing advanced lifecycle management.

• Write Blog Posts

  • Finalize "SUSE Rancher Prime Meets Cluster API: What You Need to Know" (in progress).
  • Publish "Hands-on with Cluster API and SUSE® Rancher Prime - AWS EKS," detailing EKS consolidation (pending upstream).
  • Complete "GitOps with Cluster API and SUSE® Rancher Prime via Fleet," tying into Fleet integration.
  • Write "Hands-on with Cluster API ClusterClass and SUSE® Rancher Prime - Azure AKS," reflecting Azure/AKS consolidation.
  • Collaborate with the Edge team on "Highlander+Edge blog post" (see related issue).

• Enhance Other Community Resources

  • Develop a "Quick" Quickstart guide for bootstrapping a playground environment using Docker+RKE2.
  • Create a community guide on leveraging OCI artifacts for ClusterClasses.
