Do this in Elixir VM.
- channel, queue, subscribe, subscription, publish
Create a group for messaging.
Join chat group.
Ask for group and chat id from rails, based on this elixir will open up a connection-chat portal.
- store if group is still active/inactive, closed and the amount of time the data will be held on db.
- TBD if data will be persisted ever.
