Separate out M+KB and Controller wishlists

Pretty much what it says on the tin. Recommended Mouse+Keyboard perks are sometimes different than controller perks, so it would be nice to have separation between the two.

Since I only play on PC, at the moment my lists only contain the M+K suggestions from Panda and none from his controllers list. I thought about making a separate list with the controller recommendations but it’s not something I’m super motivated to do right now because:

• It takes a considerable amount of work to compile these lists manually.
• The differences are not huge since it only includes Season of Dawn weapons and most of the perks suggestions are for both M+K and controllers.

That said, I am looking into ways to make it easier and less time consuming. If I am successful then I will definitely work on adding more specialized lists in the coming weeks.

There's even a script for converting plain text files into more readable format, although it doesn't collapse different combinations into a single line.
