missing use for macros with ... #575

This macro:

expr.macro 'begin0:
              $form0
              $form
              ...':
  'call_with_values(fun (): $form0,
                    fun (& args):
                       $form
                       ...
                       values(& args))'

when used in racket-mode or DrRacket suggests that form is unused.
