Description
Currently, the findErlang function only uses the registry to detect an installed Erlang version. This function could be enhanced to also see if ERLANG_HOME has been set, and use that value if the registry key is not present.
This may help in situations where Erlang is not installed using an administrative account - see rabbitmq/rabbitmq-server#1017
