How do i get 3.6.6 delayed-message-exchange plugin

I want user plugin rabbitmq-delayed-message-exchange, my rabbit version is 3.6.6.
I found tags in Github, but I could not get the .ez package,.There only source code.
Where can i find the old plugin's .ez package?
