Seems Openssl with tls1.2 does not work on windows 7 on default as tested...
or is there a way to modify the PowerShell scripts code to accommodate it? Thanks

Hello Sorry for the late reply, on Openssl/tls version does your target uses? I can't say but definitely not 1.2 as I have to update with the instruction https://manage.accuwebhosting.com/knowledgebase/3008/How-do-I-enable-TLS-1-2-on-Windows-7.html, to get run.
