Detecting "debugger" statement

Hi all!

What level of change is required to somehow respond to a debugger statement in the code? I'm not sure if it is being completely omitted from the bytecode and skipped, or if it is there but currently ignored.

It's currently completely ignored. Adding and emitting an OP_debugger shouldn't be hard though;
