HTTP/2 fallback

Hi,

According to the RFC, it's possible to support HTTP/2 fallbacks for this. Currently the lib doesn't seem to support that. Are there any plans to add support or do I have to work on my own dirty fork?

Currently I have no plans to implement the HTTP/2 fallback. This could change though if there’s interest and funding for this work. Please get in touch with me via email.
