Add Brave Goggle Format

There are similar goggles (including ones featured when you go to the toggles tab) that block copycats, but this project seems very comprehensive and takes from multiple sources.

I do see that there is a uBlock filter for brave search, but I think adding a Brave Search Goggle as an alternative format might be good. Mainly because it's integrated into the search engine itself, and the uBlock filter doesn't seem to work with the Brave Browser adblocker.
