Allow filtering of ports when adding a slave to master #8

When dealing with many slave ports, there's sometimes no need to add all of them to master; some of them may not need to be exposed via master.

To be determined:

  • filter expression type (e.g. regex, glob)
  • filter location: on master vs. on slave
