[Proposal] Refactor using reasoning models

Hi Team,
I would like to refactor the flow using reasoning models (like: o1, o1-mini, o3-mini, deepseek-reasoner,...)
I did a similar thing with Qodo-Merge. Check it out via qodo-ai/pr-agent#1509

I would like to hear your advice before I start to work.

@KennyDizi if you want to clean up the logic in AICaller to better support the reasoning models it would be a welcome contribution

Thank you so much. Really appreciate it. It would also be great if you can find more novel ways to add tests for AI Caller to ensure we don’t end up with regressions.

Update: I have another tiny PR to improve using reasoning models qodo-ai/pr-agent#1537. I'm stating that I will work on this project for the same purpose.
