I have configured a default value in my QGIS Form Editor. As an example, I simply want a “4” to be written in a field. The default value is also visible during the Draw/Edit step when creating the feature:
However, after saving, the value has not been applied:
There is no message in the browser regarding an expression that cannot be evaluated.
I also have a question regarding deff023: In QGIS, there is an explicit option to apply default values even during updates. Does this commit prevent values from being changed? That would significantly limit the previous functionality.
