AirVPN - cannot create openVPN connection: ERROR [openvpn] AUTH: Received control message: AUTH_FAILED

Please ignore /delete as I suspected it was user error. Somehow I didn't assign the config to a device properly on the Airvpn side. Dumb me.**

I have created wireguard connections without issue but trying to create openvpn.

I am following the wiki guidelines for AirVPN.

I saved my client key including the "-----BEGIN PRIVATE KEY-----" into client.key file and same for client.crt. that directory is correctly mapped as /gluetun in my volumes section

I tried creating a separate ca.crt file with the CA section of the downloaded airvpn .ovpn file but that didn't help.

As far as I can tell I've followed everyting exactly as the setup section for airvpn specifies. I'm wondering if there is a bug or an omission in that section of how to set things up.

I see in most other configs for other providers there is a username and password section. Is this an omission for airvpn or is it not required? I tried putting - OPENVPN_USER=, - OPENVPN_PASSWORD= but it didn't help.

I'm stumped - if anyone has openvpn connection working on Airvpn I would appreciate help.
