Plugins "not supported"

qBittorrent & operating system versions

qBittorrent: 4.6.4
Operating system: QTS 5.1.6.2722

What is the problem?

When I tryed to add plugins, nothing happens.
In the log, this message appears for all plugins "Plugin "xxx" not supported"

Some examples from log:

Plugin solidtorrents no soportado.
Plugin torrentscsv no soportado.
Plugin torrentproject no soportado.
Plugin torlock no soportado.
Plugin eztv no soportado.
Plugin piratebay no soportado.
Plugin limetorrents no soportado.

Additional context

I have reinstalled Python and Qbittorrent.
Also, I have delete "engine" folder, stop the app and relaunch. The folder has been created again, but the same problem.
I have also truad to move servers .py files to "engine" directory, with the same result
