Wildcard or whitelist

Could it be possible to add wildcard and/or a blacklist? Adding all the eye colors, hair color by hand and all the tattoo spots by hands and all the piercing spots by hand etc. (you get it) is tedious.

Something like *_eyes, *_hair, *_earrings etc.

Also IDK how possible this is but like something to just get certain category of things from the image (white or black list)? Body/accessories/activities/background/position/surroundings/theme etc.
The booru dictionary is already separated in a ton of different categories
