Following a conversation in the 2023-10-21 sprint, @sjsrey proposed the idea of deprecating
pysal/submodule_template
and usingpysal/libpysal
itself as the submodule "template." @martinfleis and myself agreed that it could be an acceptable way to go. @knaaptime, thoughts on this.The text was updated successfully, but these errors were encountered:
