The ignore.list file includes:

// Don't alter safebrowsing.downloads.* options, safebrowsing.downloads.enabled master switch is off

But there is no safebrowsing.downloads.enabled option on user.js file.

I think we should alter safebrowsing.downloads.* settings...

It should be: browser.safebrowsing.downloads.enabled set as false

I'm not sure that the master switch controls every related entry, also I'm not convinced that what is said on #65 still applies. I have no confirmation yet, but I hate looking at bugzilla.

On Android I have a report here and while I modified about:config I looked at about:networking.

My best efforts leaded me to one connection to Wikipedia... The last modifications I did were deletions of every single remote URL - I don't use any in-browser blacklist.
