Static server version setter method. #2409
Description
Problem trying to solve
get_server_info flag in instance constructor allows to ommit the server info call.
But it sets the member _version = (0, 0, 0).
This paralyses the newer APIs.
Thus it would be nice that this could be set during initialization of the jira instance.
