Full web browser

Hi,
I tried building from chromium project for Android, I got a content shell not the full browser. is it possible to build a full web browser using this project. does this project use something like content shell built from chromium.

It seems that the chromium source code has the code require to build the full browser, e.g
src/chrome/android/java/src/org/chromium/chrome/browser/
has the tab, search engine, autofill code etc.
would it be possible to build the full browser by changing the build script.?
