Issue details

I was happy to see that pages for resources do not appear to have erroneous "edit this page" links because they are auto-generated and cannot easily be edited. However, I do think we should have a path to report an issue. I would like to see a "report an issue with this page" link that creates an issue in the appropriate provider repo tagged with area/docs and the originating page filled in.
