I need to integrate an azure function into my Azure Cosmos DB account programmatically (not through the portal). I am using Pulumi Azure Classic, and what I have tried is using Account.onChange() to create my function app resource, and I am sending a handler function as a callback. However, onChange() does not allow me to specify args for creating the lease collection, and therefore no lease collection is created in my cosmos DB container.
Also, there are very limited docs about the method Account.onChange().
Any ideas on how to solve this problem? Maybe not the onChange() method at all, and integrate an azure function to cosmos db in another way?
