VS 1990-06-15 Weird constituents

This magazine is doing something weird. Page 14 and 15 were skipped by the processors (but probably not really) and 190/191 is those two pages, MUCH SMALLER, and fused (into one page). This seems like a docworks problem.

Ideally 190/191 would be the correct size and pages 14&15 would be dropped.

This looks like a problem with the set of images sent for docWorks processing. There were special concerns with foldouts and tissue inserts, and it looks like this issue wasn't properly sorted out.
These are problems inherent to the methods we use and we've not found a good solution for them.
