Not released for a long time - so not available as a versioned package from npm

There are several fixes in master which are not in the latest 5.0.1 release (from 2016).

Could a newer version be published as newer versions of node are complaining about using `new Buffer()`  instead of `Buffer.from()` or `Buffer.alloc()`
