能否添加对返回字符串拼音首字母的支持？

这个移植项目里添加了首字母支持，不是 Java 语言的。

Java 的话增加个静态函数就可以，基本逻辑是给一个固定的分隔符（比如：|）调用拼音转换，然后通过分隔符切分字串，取每段第一个字符拼成新的首字母字串。移植项目用了语言特性 LINQ，对应 Java 的特性是 stream(), map() 和 collect()。
