Ability to use privacy passes whenever we want

Describe the solution you'd like
Add a button to use a pass, sometimes i don't want to use my passes on a website (for various reasons).

Additional context
Say i want to use hcaptcha on a website i don't really feel like it's a hurdle to authenticate, i would prefer to keep my passes rather than wasting them.

Another nice approach / feature related to this would be a switch to toggle redeeming passes.
As it currently is, it is impossible to get more than 5 hcaptcha passes at once. I would rather spend 5 minutes of my time to farm more passes once and then not see hcaptcha for a long time, but this is currently impossible.
