Help wanted - text inside tags - new diff?

And thanks for a great tool.

I have a question about proper usage. I need to diff html to highlight changes from one version of a document to another. I'm using html as language, markup as lexer and diff_format as JSON. This gives me roughly the result I want - down to tag-level. However if text is changed inside a tag, it gets the code "r" (for replaced I guess?). Should I then do a new diff using a language=text to get the differences inside the tag?
