[Library] Dynamic Page Title

I'm considering to add an internal plugin that is able to set the page title automatically based on:

• user defined template title, such as My presentation - scene %s of %S
• a fixed title specificed in the scene context
• automatically inferred from the text block, if present, using the top heading element.
