The Texas Advanced Computing Center runs several courses, listed under the SDS (Statistics and Data Sciences). I'm not the only teacher (we kinda rotate through the HPC group) but I've written textbooks for all three by now.

  • SDS 322/392 Introduction to Scientific Programming in C++ and Fortran2008 textbook repo
  • SDS 374 Parallel Computing for Science and Engineering in MPI and OpenMP textbook repo
  • SDS 335/395 Scientific and Technical Computing (background and tools) textbook repo
