Schools/Departments - besides selecting a school/department for a profile, what does this feature enable users to do? What is its purpose? Can different templates only be available to certain schools/departments? Is it possible to connect schools/departments to specific guidance? Future plans for this feature?

User statistics can indicate if a user has selected a school/department, but administrators need to have set up the schools/departments first for users to select. Users have to indicate if they have a school/department after creating their account, so it is likely not being done unless directed to by an administrator.

Guidance can be set up by administrators and labelled to match the schools/departments, however it would be viewable to all users and users can only select up to 6 guidance groups. I think using the guidance system already implemented and labelling as the school/department is the best way to approach the use of guidance and connecting it to schools/departments, but it wouldn't be automatically connected if a user has a school/department selected.
