[Feature Request] Add Option to Toggle Between "Switch Open Workspaces" and "Switch Open Workspaces (Reversed)"

Issue/Description:
Currently, there is no option in COSMIC Settings to configure the behavior of workspace switching using Super + Tab and Super + Shift + Tab. Adding a setting to toggle between "Switch between open workspaces" and "Switch between open workspaces reversed" would allow users to customize how they navigate between workspaces.

This would help user navigate to the recent workspace with ease & also eliminates the redundancy of using this shortcut for switching apps which Alt + Tab already does.

Expected Behavior:

• Switch between open workspaces (similar to switch apps).
• Switch between open workspaces reversed (similar to switch apps reversed).

Other Notes:
Implementing this will lead to the bug where if a user want to cancel the action using escape key it'll lock the screen.
