Can't enter the settings interface

If there is a video on the current page (such as YouTube), then click the plug-in icon and an error panel will appear directly.

If there is no video on the current page (such as Google), then click the plug-in icon, the panel will appear normally.

But when click audio, fx or option, the error panel will still appear.

In addition, if enter the Global Speed settings through the extension page, it is also an error interface.

However, if set the double speed in a non-video page, videos on other pages can be played at double speed.
I've encountered this problem for a long time ago. I tried to solve it according to the given method, but refresh, reset, and reinstall didn't solve it.
I am using macOS Sonoma system and Vivaldi browser. I switched to Chrome on the same computer and the plug-in worked fine. Then I use Vivaldi on other computers, It also works fine.
