allow user to choose which output audio base on tab or site. thx

You could explain a bit more? Is this related to the Audio Effects like pitch shift, volume gain, etc?

just audio output device like win + ctrl + v , hdmi or audio jack, user whose hv multiple audio output eg. speaker and tv. i hope i have make it clear n thx.
