Use case
We currently offer a teams management feature to allow organization's managers to promote users to higher roles on specific teams to avoid giving them the admin role on the organization level, docs. However, when promoting a viewer or a member to the admin role on a specific team, that user cannot create projects/models/components and still requires an organization's level admin to perform those operations.
Feature description
In addition to the current teams management, we need to provide teams spaces. A space (or a group) should provide a view of the organization where users act based on their roles in that specific team. With this groups, users can become fully autonomous within the specific team's view and can act following the role they have on that team.
The team space/group will also reduce the amount of work an organization admin perform to bootstrap new projects for their users, i.e. within a team space any new project will inherit all restrictions and default configurations such as presets, runtimes, connections, ...
