DoCacheUpdate 时如果executor() 返回err 应该保持上一次的lastFetchTime #1407

executor() 返回err时，lastFetchTime 正常更新的话：
1、有对账的cache会同一时刻批量的去查数据库，会对数据库造成巨大的压力
2、没有对账的cache会丢失数据
