Complete RPC session life-cycle diagrams (notion).

Goals

• React to review feedback
  • Reconsider legend choices
  • Split up larger diagrams
  • Link to source code where applicable
  • ...
• Integrate diagrams with poktroll docs ([Docs] Relay session & claim/proof diagrams #478)

Deliverables

• Update notion doc based on review feedback.
• A PR that integrates the diagrams into the poktroll docs.

Non-goals / Non-deliverables

• Creating additional diagrams.

General deliverables

• Comments: Add/update TODOs and comments alongside the source code so it is easier to follow.
• Testing: Add new tests (unit and/or E2E) to the test suite.
• Makefile: Add new targets to the Makefile to make the new functionality easier to use.
• Documentation: Update architectural or development READMEs; use mermaid diagrams where appropriate.
