MBP reporting tier 1

Since the M1 update, my MBP gets tier1/24fps reported instead of tier3/60fps

2018 MBP
32 GB 2400 MHz DDR4
Radeon Pro Vega 20 4 GB
Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB

Usually runs 60fps on the main monitor, and 30fps on my external (30 Hertz)
