DNSCRYPT AND ODOH for dns privacy ?

I think you can add dnscrypt and odoh in dns privacy categeory as these protocols have anonymity feature with which person can hide his own ip from actual dns servers as their dns request are passed in encrypted form through anonymized relay servers (which either we can use different companies anonymized relays or can selfhost and run from different vps server), because of which dns server wont be able to track main person behind that request.
