Display invitation link

It would be really nice to just have the invitation link displayed next the to pending invite. This way we could just copy it and send it the the recipient manually…

I mention this because I sometimes ran into problems with email delivery on my self-hosted plausible instance…

Authough I think this feature could be really intereting to have in the UI, here I show a workarround:
